NYC Success Mentors Highlighted as Part of the Expansion of the National Success Mentors Initiative

My Brother's Keeper Success Mentors Initiative, a partnership between the U.S. Department of Education and Johns Hopkins University, is expanding to 30 cities nationwide. 

The initiative, a part of the Every Student, Every Day campaign, was launched in January 2016 in 10 cities, including New York City, and has provided mentors for 7,400 chronically absent sixth and ninth grade students. Read more.
