City Agency Partners (new)

An Integrated Approach
The Office of Community Schools builds strong inter-agency partnerships to make the work in our schools seamless and integrated.

Collaborative partners include our Advisory Boardchaired by Richard Buery, Deputy Mayor of Strategic Policy Initiatives and includes 52 Mayoral appointees who are leaders from across business, government and non-profit sectors.

Focus on Healthy Families and Communities

The Office of Community Schools works closely with the multi-agency Children’s Cabinet, which leverages  numerous resources from across city agencies to focus attention on child safety, healthy families, and strong communities.

City Agency Partnerships with the NYC Community Schools Initiative
Numerous New York City agencies provide services and supports to vulnerable New Yorkers. Through these interagency partnerships, the Office of Community Schools can help connect CSDs with programs that can help families in their school community. To learn more about some partnerships, view the webinar on Connecting to Community Partnerships.
