School leaders use neutral facilitation strategies to guide their teams toward identifying solutions that they are invested in and believe will promote positive change. Rolling agendas and systems-level assessments help teams think about the root causes behind the data points they want to improve and plan strategies accordingly.




School leaders develop a toolbox of leadership skills to foster reflection and manage adaptive change. 



School leaders use an iterative four-step problem-solving process called Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) to ensure continual improvement. PDSA helps schools evaluate interventions, reveal patterns and trends, and identify performance measures.
